Our shipping and carriage policy is set out below.
Carriage and Delivery Terms & Conditions
We deliver to all UK Mainland delivery postcodes, including Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
Scotland
Our minimum order value for carriage paid is £600 Net for all Scottish deliveries. We can deliver orders below £600 Net, with a minimum order value of £400 Net, but a carriage charge will apply.
England and Wales
Our minimum order value for carriage paid is £800 Net for all deliveries to England and Wales. Please be aware that we use a distribution company for these deliveries and cannot provide a specific timeslot. We can deliver orders at a minimum of £400 Net, but a carriage charge will apply. Carriage charges will be dependent on postcode area and we pro rata carriage fees dependent on total order value. Please get in touch with us for more information.
Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
Our minimum order value for carriage paid is £1000 Net (GBP) for all deliveries to Northern Ireland and ROI. Please be aware that we use a distribution company for these deliveries and cannot provide a specific timeslot. Due to shipping costs involved, we do not accept orders for under £1000 Net (GBP).
Delivery Terms
We aim to deliver your goods as soon as the items we have available meet the minimum order values, while we aim to deliver your goods within 14 days of receipt of your order, there may sometimes be delays beyond our control. We will always keep you informed if this is the case, and usually this would be no longer than 28 days. In cases where customers have ordered special custom items, deliveries will take longer, and we expect to deliver these within 8-12 weeks.
Scottish deliveries are made with our own vehicles and drivers, and all other deliveries are made using our trusted distributor. Any deliveries made through our distributor will be palletised, and we will confirm to you when booking in your delivery how many pallets this will be.
All deliveries will be booked in 24-48 hours in advance of delivery.
Faulty Products
Please ensure all products are checked and any faults reported to us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. In the case that products are repairable, we will cover the repair costs. If the products are non-reparable, we will either exchange this for you or refund you and collect the damaged goods.
